六安外国语学校2018年暑期中美研学已经结束了第三天，随着中美研学的推进，我们的收获也越来越大，兴致也越来越高。今天又发生了哪些趣事呢？请大家往下看……
It’s the third day of summer holiday’s Sino-US culture exchange in Luan Foreign Language School of Anhui, as time goes on, We have gained more and more, and become more and more interested. And guess what happened today?
早晨，带着甜蜜的笑容从美梦中醒来，来到食堂补充营养，为接下来精彩的活动储存能量。在教室里，我们积极地合作学习，中国学生教美国学生学汉语，美国学生教中国学生学英语，一切都显得那么自然，那么和谐，仿佛我们本来就是多年的同学。合作之后的上台表演更是精彩，我们双方都会因为对方发音的一些“不地道”哈哈大笑，这笑声里有快乐，更有收获。我们也不会因为怕对方笑话而不敢讲话，不知不觉中，我们的胆量也得到了锻炼，可以说是“一箭三雕”呀！
In the morning, we woke up with a sweet smile, ate some food in the dining hall to store energy for the colorful activities in the day. In the classroom, we’ve learned in cooperation, Chinese students taught American students to learn Chinese, American students taught Chinese students to learn English, everything seems so natural and harmonious, just like we had been classmates for many years. After the cooperation, the stage performance was even more wonderful. Both of us would laugh at other's "unauthentic" pronunciation. But we weren’t afraid of speaking, and our courage has also been inspired unconsciously. As the saying goes“kill three birds with one stone”
下午的时光令人期待，在车上，我们一路兴奋，有说有笑，车内一排祥和。下了车，我们来到了一家“陶艺馆”。哇，陶瓷制作这是我最喜欢的事情了！
We were looking forward to the trip in the afternoon, we were so excited in the bus and chatted a lot of funny things. After getting off the bus, we came to a "pottery museum". Wow, ceramic making is my favorite thing!
在制作陶艺之前，陶艺老师向我们介绍了有关陶艺的知识，早在新石器时期，我国的祖先就拉开了中国陶瓷发展的序幕，到了魏晋南北朝时期，青瓷就霸占了中国的瓷器市场。而“南青北白”之说在当时悄然风行。现如今，China为“中国”和“瓷器”的英文译名。陶瓷最初的称呼是“Chinaware”，直译：中国瓦。足见中国陶瓷对世界的影响和在国际上的地位。
Before making pottery, the professional teacher introduced some knowledge about the ceramic to us. As early as the Neolithic age, our ancestors began to develop China pottery, and in the Northern and Southern dynasties, the green porcelain had taken over China’s market. Today, China is the English translation for "中国" and "瓷器"，The original name of ceramics was "Chinaware". It shows the influence of Chinese ceramics on the world.
在制作的过程中，我才发现陶瓷制作并不是我想象的那么简单，要经过许多道程序才能最终完成，而且每一步都要精心细致。这让我深刻认识到手工艺作品受人青睐的原因。功夫不负有心人，我最后终于制作好了一个陶瓷，虽然不是那么完美，但是我收获了成功的喜悦！再看看美国的同学们，他们同样兴奋异常，亲手制作的东西，的确比用钱买的成品更有意义，更有价值！
During the process, I found that ceramic production was not so simple as I thought, and it had to go through a lot of processes to get it done. Moreover, every step should be crafted carefully. This made me understand the reason why handcraft works are favored by people. Everything comes to him who waits, I finally made a ceramic, though it’s not so perfect, but I gained the joy of success! And look at American students, they were also very excited, and I think the things made by themselves is more meaningful and valuable than they bought.
带着欢声与笑语，哼着快乐的歌，我们回到了学校。好好休息，期待明天的精彩！
We went back to school with joy and laughter, and we hoped to have a good rest. Looking forward to a wonderful tomorrow!
